Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love your Shine by Diyanah jewellery 💛 If something isn’t right, here’s what you need to know:

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless faulty.

How to Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@shinebydiyanah.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (for size, style, or colour), please email us first to arrange this.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll replace or refund it.

Return Shipping Costs
